About 200 employees were evacuated from the Solo Cup Co. factory in Chicago’s Ford City neighborhood as firefighters battled a fire there, authorities said.

About 150 firefighters and paramedics responded to the blaze which began at about 4:20 a.m. and was contained inside the building by 5 a.m.
An un-named Solo Cup represenative was quoted early this morning - ”we expect cup shortages in the upcoming weeks and months. Beer pong players are wise to stock up, before it’s too late.”
This is a sad day my beer pong loving friends, a sad day indeed.
