A local Louisiana news station KTBS 3 reports that Boy Scout Leader Michelle Edwards, 39, of Elm Grove Louisiana has been arrested on five counts of contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile.

A group of boys and a girl, ages 14 to 16, were busted last month playing a rowdy game of beer pong at Cypress Black Bayou Recreation area. When questions as to where they got the booze from, the scouts all pointed fingers at their scout leader Michelle Edwards.

What’s even more incriminating is a convenience store surveillance tape which shows Edwards buying two 12pks of beer and two teenagers with her at the counter the same night of the incident.

It’s still not clear how close the boy scouts were to earning their beer pong merit badges.
