Former number #1 girl to Hugh Hefner, Holly Madison, was spotted playing beer pong with a leprechaun on St. Patrick’s Day at O’Sheas casino in Las Vegas.  Madison was wearing a scantily clad green outfit and challenged guests (and pesudo-leprechauns alike) at some games of beer pong.  Here are some highlights of the event:
